Is Home Vision and the vision team insured?
A

We are insured and bonded. We have liability insurance u to CAD $3.5 millions. Our staff is covered under Work Safety Insurance Board. You are welcome to ask for the insurance certificates prior to signing with us and we’ll send a copy.We have completed the Working at Heights training program required from the Ministry of Labour and Ontario Regulation.

Do you warranty your work?

At Home Vision, we stand behind our work. For a new siding or eavestrough installation, our labor and workmanshi are guaranteed for 10 YEAR. If any issues arise within a 10-year period of your new installation, we’ll come back and make it right at no charge.In addition to the warranty on workmanship there is a separate warranty by the manufacturers on the materials. Depending on the materials selected and the manufacturer of the product, warranties will vary. The warranty is transferable to the new owners

How can I schedule an estimate?

Please call, email, text, follow as on social media. We’ll resond within minutes.Once we have your inquiry, we’ll make arrangement to meet with you within the week.We provide FREE INSPECTION and FREE ESTIMATE. Once we visit you, we can issue a quote on the spot or email it. Usually within the week, unless there is an emergency service. We will provide a clearly written detailed proposals broken down into separate line items for each service. The following is a partial list of items your estimate or proposal should include:

  • Pictures and videos of the services required (before and after the completion).
  • The type of material, manufacturer and color. We work only with the reputable suppliers and partners.
  • Materials included in the scope of work, e.g., insulation, flashing, ect…
  • Installation method and property protection measures.
  • Approximate starting and completion dates.
  • Payment procedures, deposits and due dates.
  • Length of warranty and what is covered.

What is the next step?
A

We’ll schedule another apointment to discus further details and sign the contract. You’ll be introduced to the project manager which will follow and update you on every step of the construction phases. Normally we should be able to start the project 1-3 weeks depending on the project size and availability of the material. After completion you’ll be taken to a thorough inspection around the property to ensure we met your expectations. We’ll send you a final invoice, receipt and a warranty certificate, including pictures during projects for a full clearance.
